Support with Rejected PIP Claims

If your PIP claim has been rejected, we can help you appeal the decision. Our experienced team will review your case and provide you with the necessary support to challenge the decision.

If your claim has been rejected and you would like to complain, we can assist you.

What’s included in this support:

  • A call to discuss your claim/complaint

  • A complaints letter

  • A complaints call

This support is for the initial part of the complaints process, which requires a complaints letter to be sent, documenting what you would like to challenge. After this, you will be required to have a mandatory claim complaint call, which we can attend with you to explain and fight for your case.

After your purchase this product, you will receive an email requesting all of the correspondence you’ve had regarding your claim. We need this information so that we can support your complaint effectively.

If you want to take your complaint to a tribunal or independent case examiner, please contact us for a quote.

Please note: We cannot guarantee a successful outcome, however, we will do our best to fight your case.
